Thank You 2020

It is the time of the year to look back on the lovely people I get to meet in the course of my work.
To be very truthful, Year 2020 was not easy and even more challenging for self-employed peeps like me (plus no SIRS 😔). Nonetheless, I’ve learnt and grown so much this year.

There were times when I questioned myself if I made the right choice to pursue what I’m doing now. Yet, there were also times when I’m really grateful to be doing what I’m doing and met super supportive & understanding clients who spur me on during the toughest period.

Witnessing weddings this year bring a whole new meaning. It is indeed amazing and touching to see couples persist on with their marriage despite Covid, how loved ones will always be there for them, how weddings got so beautifully intimate and how technology (e.g livestreams) make things possible & reduce the pain of distance.

It is also a year that we learnt what is essential and truly important to all of us. And taking health & hygiene seriously. It is definitely a year that I am still very thankful for.

To fellow wedding creatives:- Thank you for coming together this year to support each other with the common space that we share and help one another. It is good to know that we are not alone in this and there is selfless support in this community.

To clients i get to doll up: - Thank you for supporting me. You are the reason to why I love what I do. Let’s keep in touch. :)
